Perhaps I am retarded; but I do not understand the popular vote versus delegate thing. How does one win the popular vote and not win most of the delegates?

Some recent primaries (beauty contests) were non-binding, local caucuses is where the delegates will get picked up, and most likely the media will give little attention to those caucuses esp. if Dr. Paul does well.
