hmm, I've never seen a cart dispenser/greeter at Chinamart. Grumpy person scouting you out when you enter, and if you're carrying a return they pounce on it like you've interrupted something. Have never been offered a cart, ever!

If anything, they just make me feel spied on the minute I set foot in the door. Can hardly ever find someone 'in the store'/aisles to ask help either.
