I need a new pocket knife/multitool for a very specialized application. Here's what I need:

ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL
Long-ish (3.5 to 5.5 inch) NON-SERRATED blade, MUST be one-hand openable and lock open
Grippy handle surface, no "slick" swiss army type smooth plastic or smooth metal
Can and bottle opener
Phillips screwdriver
Size must be reasonably pocketable, pocket clip NOT required - but would be nice
HIGH quality, no chinese knockoff junk

NICE EXTRAS, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
Saw
Scissors
Flat blade screwdriver
Corkscrew
Hex bit driver
Awl
Wire insulation stripper
Extra serrated blade or seatbelt cutter

DO NOT WANT
Pliers
Wire cutters
Tweezers/toothpick/magnifier/USB drive/other "Swiss Army Knife" gimmicks
Huge, bulky, complex folding mechanism... requiring many operations to get to blade or tools
Heavy or bulky tool, or one that needs a pouch for carrying and access
