Victorinox One Hand Opening Trekker, with non-serated blade - cant find a link for this one.
The blade is serrated.
They make both - a serrated and non-serrated version. Here's a link to the non-serrated variant:

I'll live with the toothpick and tweezers if the rest of it works out well!

It's not exactly what your looking for, but I've been happy with the Leatherman Super Tool I've been carrying since 1998. After around five years of ownership, I broke a plier jaw and sent it back under warranty. I had it back in a week and Leatherman had changed out all of the implements.

I already have a "pliar" type multi-tool, a Swisstool X. I went through my share of Leatherman, Gerber, and SOG tools before I settled on the Swisstool X - it just worked right for me. Also, I've heard a LOT of bad things about recent Leatherman tools breaking, particularly around the pliar section... doesn't exactly inspire confidence!

I might try another SOG in the future, though... it's the one I miss the most out of all my past pliar-type multitools.
