Holy crap, I must be out of the loop. Why am I just now hearing about this?

Let's just say, I'm mildly familiar with the city of Murrieta... how did I not hear about this??

Well, I suppose my apprehension about the mental stability of local LE is totally justified.

Today, I think there's a form they sign off on "mental stability" in order to become a LE officer.
