The constitution does not protect the rights of foreigners. An illegal alien is an invader. If your rights are to be protected, an invading force would be a good target to attack.

They agree perfectly. Its the difference between a Republic and a Democracy.

Notice how i said "Voting in a Democracy is theft". I didnt say "using the democratic process to vote in a Republic". 2 completely different things.
