Well considering every single problem we face comes from the Democratic and Legal process, i would say that America is defined as a Democracy.

You may not have been on the 'winning' side of the voting process, but non the less the Mob rules.

Supposedly smart people here are calling the US a DEMOCRACY? I give up... not in my position, but in trying to talk with people who are self-deceived.
