As a retired drunken Sailor I can tell you with certainty I always quit when I ran out of money, unlike these shitheads in DC.

I am sorry for offending the fine group of drunken Sailors... Not even amending the statement to: Spending like drunken Sailors high on acid. With the ethical conscience of a rock and an unlimited supply of counterfeit money, would even be a fair comparison...
