Not really a second American revolution. Rather an opportunity to come to a conclusion on the (un)civil war.

Napolean's revolution was settled in 1990 with a treaty to join the two German states. These affairs frequently go on for hundreds of years until everyone forgets what the original dispute was about.

I figure eventually Americans are going to get fed up with the power brokers in D.C.
