Default Farmageddon 2012 ?! -- Gov. Intrusion into Small Farms Leads to Ruby Ridge Incident
We've had active threads about various incidents where US gov. agencies team up to destroy healthy food & to intimidate healthy food providers using the threat of armed force.

The movie Farmageddon ties together these incidents into one huge list which makes various points.

We all have our own ways of interpreting these incidents. I think the Declaration of Independence contains language that governs the growing US gov. vs. US small farmers conflicts - "The Right to Life Liberty & the Pursuit of Happiness".

I think it is inevitable that one or more of these incidents will escalate. The simple act of someone putting their foot down, and refusing to throw away some food, or refusing to stop sending milk to friends & family in another state, will bring the pseudo US gov (I say 'pseudo' because they are clearly assuming rights never granted to them by the Constitution) into conflict with US citizens who are willing to defend their rights.

The base legal arguments for the USDA's bullshit are contained in 'laws' such as the Obama-signed "Food Safety Act".

Anyway, there have been enough such incidents that I think it's fairly predictable that we will have an escalating "Ruby Ridge" type incident, where the government 'loses' & has to call in reinforcements. US citizen farmers may be injured or killed, and same for the US gov. jack-booted thugs.

Then the case may go to trial, although under twisted conditions. I sense that the US gov. will go to some lengths to stop an informed jury who exercises Jury Nullification rights to free citizens who were merely defending their homes & farms against armed aggressive intrusions.

They don't make the prediction about it escalating, I guess that's my prediction. It just seems like where things are going. I would guess sometime in the time period 2012 to 2015.

The Chief Administrator for implementing the Food Safety Act - I believe I read that they are a Monsanto alum.
