Ten years ago there was an interesting app out on the net. I don't have a clue as to where it is now. Probably taken down.

If I recall it you could enter the name of a company and it would show the board of directors. Then for each member of the board it would show other companies for which that fellow was also a board member. It showed this as a directed graph ... or matrix ... if you would prefer that description.

It appears that once groomed for directorship these fellows take on multiple assignments.
