It does NOT look like he is reading any script, far as I can tell. This world is FVKT. Do they spray in China and Russia that anyone knows? How about Israel? I know they dont spray over N. Korea yet, you know, they don't have global banking... yet. Bet they are spraying most of Africa now but I dont know why since TPTB dropped all them depleted uranium bombs in their main water system.
