I must kept the confidence due to the individual's position, let's just say it's from someone who is 'in the loop', i.e. knows the major players and they know him/her. And this individual shares my perspective on the matter due to what they're exposed to.

And who's 'JC'? Jimmy Carter? Jesus Christ? The spirit of Johnny Cash?
