Israel is the bully who goes into the house and drives the rightful occupants into the garden shed, points a grenade launcher at the shed, don't give the shed dwellers any food, and snipes those who complain, and some more. The shed dwellers asks the neighbourhood council to tell the bully that they should have the right to a small plot around the shed for their own, let the bully keep most of the land and the house. The bully says there can only be peace if you pick the biggest coward among you to come out and negotiate with us, and we have enough grenades for the entire neighbourhood, apart from your shed.
