Isn't a driving license state property? In which case, your license is a matter of public record. You're lucky that the US FoI Act actually allows you to get at info via the net. The UK FoI Act exists, as long as you don't try to use it...

Not that I consider it not to be an invasion of privacy. The front page there makes it look like it's a cheap version of friendsreunited.
