Big difference here. Schumacher had completed the pass and was back on the line. Sutil did not. Rosberg was still along side of him
Schumacher can't have been on the line as there was a car between him and the apex. Yes he was marginally ahead, but he can't just sweep across as if there is no-one there. Hamilton took himself out of Belguim doing that, Massa got penalised in India for that.

The difference is Rosberg nailed Sutil back on the brakes, Senna just stopped MS from being fully ahead
