there can be many things that will upset the balance of a race car. Perhaps the chassis has a small crack somewhere which allows flexing. The car should be better in the wet and unbalanced in the dry. It is pretty amazing what the smallest imperfection can do. But with that being said, it appears that webber still has some in the tank.
