If this is true, then good!

Nick Fry kept rolling Honda in the wrong direction.
If it wasn't for Brawn last season would have been a disaster.

I don't think we know enough about his role to make this judgement. Sure he was team manager during their uncompetitive spell, but he had no input into the technical direction of the team as far as I'm aware. To me he does appear to be of weaker character to say Ross Brawn, but always seemed to be a nicer nice chap in comparison. Maybe he's not ruthless enough for such a position of demand?
