I believe that Vettel passed that rookie around teh outside of a turn within a few laps after catching up with him, and all this without whining to the team to ask for help from the race director.

Do you really think that all the comments on the radio are put onto TV?

What Button said was the Kobayashi was waeving in the braking zones - which is NOT allowed, and it was his engineer who said about getting on to the stewards, not Jenson.

How do you know what Vettel said when he was behind Kobayashi?

Do you know what Nakajima was saying when he was behind Kobayashi (twice)? No - you have no idea.

You really have no idea at all...........................
