No, I didn't know he could escape because we blocked up the only part we could see. The pin is in the ground and has a roof. I haven't seen how he got out yet so I don't know if he dug a hole or what. And yes, he is going across the street for now. I still plan on doing all that I said with him. Just because he is going across the street doesn't make him any less my dog or change how he will be cared for.
