I can't really say how long I'm totally focused on the dogs. Individually maybe 15-20 minutes a day. As a group, they are with me while I'm home, usually hanging out in the living room. Like right now, Casper is laying on my feet and Circe is in my lap and the rest are on dog beds or the couch. I work 40 hours a week and my days off I'm usually taking my mother to a doctors appt.
When I work in the yard, they are outside with me, but I'm not focused on them unless they are messing up my plants! I will usually sit on the front steps with a zoom groom and shedding blade and go over each one of them at night which they all love. I play with the flirt pole with the few that like it for a little while a few times a week. I do take pictures of them!
I do not walk them very often, too many loose dogs. We try to go hiking once a week, but again, they are off doing their own thing and not with me!
Do you count sleeping at night? Jack snoring in my ear should count for something or Ronon kicking me in the back. At least the snoring b/c I'm quite focused on it and it disturbs my sleep!
