Joe; I'm curious. Do you ever let Mason have time on a long leash and to explore a new, safe place, just for fun?

There is a gated sports field where youth baseball is played, near us. Once I've secured the field, I let Mason off leash. The sports field is the largest space he's ever been off leash in public.

Come to think of it ... it's the ONLY place he's been off-leash in public
