Mine is not a water lover, either, but he got used to it when it was really hot. Sam will learn to tolerate it, as long as you don't push her or make it scary. Now Henry will lay in a shallow kiddie pool (just a few inches of water), and he will also wade in the creeks and lakes around here. It took a couple of blazing summers, but he learned lol.
