That happened to me when I got my new pup about 2 months after acquiring him. So far, my brother, myself and my cousin all are allergic to his saliva, he is the only dog we all know that causes us to itch and break out and hives. At first I was scared and wasn't sure what to do. But as long as the dog doesn't lick it is manageable. Annoying yes but what can you do!? If its just saliva she is allergic too then it can be avoided pretty successfully.
