Have you spoken to her doctor? I would be a bit curious as to why only one dogs saliva. That is so strange lol
A dog's saliva contains proteins that your body detects as a threat and reacts. The reaction is similar to one of the inflammation and the rash is one of the symptoms. The dog's saliva can be transferred to the dogs hair as well.

You really should take her to the doctor an they may have some allergy shots that help with the issue.
