Interesting read! I think Id be ok to try ONE BITE, just to see what it tasted like. But unless it was blow-your-mind-amazing i doubt Id ever eat it again lol.

the way he described it, it prolly wouldnt eat it ever again after maybe trying it. (im just not a pork fan, and i get REALLY mad when a chef cooks my meat wrong and it ends up bland) but like you said, if it makes tacos taste good, id eat it! haha.
