Tampa, FL!

Florida, as a state, has outlawed BSL. They've tried to repeal the law the past few years, but every time it has been shot down hard.

Tampa has affordable pit bull-friendly housing, plenty of places to take your dog (Including on-leash, dog-friendly beaches, dog-friendly bars, etc.), an active APBT community (We're having at least 5 different Pit Bull Awareness Day events), an active APBT fanciers club (With monthly fun shows/pulls), and a pit bull-friendly shelter thanks to BADRAP.

It's also my home town and I am hugely biased lol.

The job market, depending on what you do for work, is average at best.
