Minnesota, in general is anti-BSL, and very dog friendly. They have an anti-BSL law state wide, and good dangerous dog laws. A few years ago one legislator tried to ban specific breeds and his bill didn't even make it past being introduced. He then tried to introduce legislation that would make it legal to have BSL in the state, and that also got overwhelmingly turned down.
