1) I wouldn't take Romeo. He's not DA but I just don't like it. For other people, if they think they can trust their dog that's fine as long as they're prepared for the consequences if something bad should happen.2) I live in an apartment building so I don't have a front yard but even when I'm visiting family I don't allow it. I don't trust Romeo not to run into the road after a small animal.3) Depending on the setting and if they ask I may allow them to pet him but not always.There is no one answer for EVERY dog. I think it just depends on the dog and the owner.
