yes I know that typical leases are only one year. the place I will be getting the dog from, more than likely will be going with this adoption agency, all the dogs are cgc certififed and temperament tested. thank you for your advice I will defiantly be going to a trainer, if nothing else to teach me how to best train my dog, I would never give the dog up unless I just couldn't take care of the dog
