I would say no, for many of the reasons already stated (mostly being that they really DON'T look great on a white bully, imo. makes them look like wanna-be dogo argentinos). Why spend time and energy and money finding a vet who can do a good crop when you could spend it on other things that WILL affect the way he lives his life (toys, saving for a nice harness, etc. etc.)? Just my two cents.
