Just a personal preference but I'm not big on white dogs with cropped ears. I think ears frame a white dog's face well.

I'm actually the opposite.. I LOVE a good crop on a Dogo, and there's not many dogs I would consider cropping.

OP, it's a personal choice YOU and only YOU can make for your dog. Just do your research and find a good vet with lots of references.

Maybe you should read more of these "What should I do" threads because the answers people ALWAYS give are their personal preferences.
