Wow you should take her to a real vet, just have them look at it at the front desk. Tell them you went to the HS and exactly what happened both times.
If you don't have a lot of money tell the vet that, explain that you are just wanting to know if it looks like it's healing okay or if she needs to be on any antibiotics... that incision looks like it could easily get infected.
That incision is also WAY too big in my opinion, is that how big it was originally before they had to go back in? I've had every dog I've ever owned spayed/neutered and they incisions are 1/3 that size or even smaller and NEVER X stitches.
I'm so sorry about your experience, and I agree a lot of HS's are all about numbers, BUT there are good ones and good low cost clinics if you ask around. But for intrusive surgeries I like my regular vet. Good luck and hope she heals up alright! Souds like she's doing a lot better
