If he smells another (especially females) urine he will chatter his teeth and salivate A LOT!!!!

Our dog did this too. Sometimes he would even hump the air a little too.LOL Doggie pheromones

I liken it to Homer Simpson drooling over doughnuts, at least that's the sound that I hear in my head.
