Ok so her dogs bark at yours and so you hate them? Are they remaining leashed? Is she allowing them to run up on your dog? You'd hate me and my dog too because he'll bark and growl at your dog.

Pretty much! I didn't say it was rational. I just hate them because they get my dog all upset and stressed for a long time and I'm working really hard at training her. And they're well beyond normal reactive barking/growling. Actually it's more that the woman just stops and shrieks.

So they are on Flexi Leashes all the time when this happens or they are off leash?
If they are off leash you should look up your city's by-laws to see when leash laws are in effect, and next time it happens report her on a non emergency line or find out the number specifically for your bylaw officers.

I live in a TINY town of 6,000 or less people and even we have leash laws that are enforced with a $150 fine.

Now if they are always on Flexi leashes next time it happens yell are her to retract her dogs and LOCK the leash. Maci walks on a flexi leash because that's what she came with when I got her, but I ALWAY pull her back and lock it up when people pass especially when they have dogs. And I do it WELL in advance... it's common courtesy.

Other than that all I can suggest is finding a different way to walk.

They're on leashes, and I cross the street if I see them coming. I just don't like them. It was just a rant.
