So, for the past few months, I have been teaching both dogs 'Off' the bed and it went well for a while but then I got a tad slack.. So we are working on it again. My main issue is them jumping straight onto my bed when they come into my room and that is NOT cool when they are wet and muddy from rain.
Anywho, I do like them on the bed but at times they are complete retards so I make them stay on the couch and I'll let them jump on when I'm asleep.
So, if I was falling asleep, I'd tell the dogs off if they jumped on the bed. Serenity did find a small loop hole though. She started jumping on the end of the bed, on the other side of me but she was very quite, to the point, at some times I didn't even notice her getting on the bed. I probably should have corrected her when I knew but it didn't bother me since she wasn't acting like a retard.
Sunny is a very slow learner and for it took him months but he finally learnt from Serenity, if he did that, I wouldn't kick him off. I thought it was cute and funny he learnt that off her.
Has your dogs learnt anything from there dog mates that they do or they ust to do?.
