Is your dog doing this because she/he isn't housetrained? The dog should be on a stricter schedule.
In a crate all day minus schedule play time and potty breaks. This way if the dog has an accident chances are it's in the hard bottom kennel.

When housetraining every 2 hours I say "let's go potty!" and take them outside. I also have my dogs on a water schedule. They get water AFTER they go pee. Usually 1-2 cups every hour or two throughout the day depending on how active they are that day.

OHshoot forgot to say... I use a product called OUT!, works like magic for us on carpet. We use cut up sweatshirts and then rinse them in hot water and then throw em in with a load of towels.
It's got nothing to do with toilet training issues sadly . Sunny is 5. He was toilet trained since 8 weeks. Past few months he'd peed in my room randomly. I took him to the vet a few weeks back, it's a medical issue. I'm giving him tablets at the moment but if they don't work, its something more serious. So, it's not his fault he's peeing inside. He can't hold it anymore because of whatever is going on =|.
