Hop back home with one shoe or just take the other off and walk barefoot?

For some reason, this amuses the hell out of me - So you either walk without BOTH shoes, or you hobble on the one footed shoe? Can't you just walk normally, one shod and one barefoot? LOL

Some people might try to get their shoe back! Just seems entertaining to hear what different reactions would be to this scenario lol

I'd pursue the dog to its house, and demand its owner give me back my shoe. And if they ask how their dog came to have my shoe in the first place, I'd have some elaborate story ready lol
