I agree with MsAcer - Don't just throw him in everyone's face, and everyone in his face. Moving can be tough on a dog, and if you stress him out straight off it could go badly. If I bring an adult dog into the house, they don't actually interact with my dogs face to face for a week or two... they are crated and rotated, so they sort of just blend in and become the norm.
Yeah, I figured that. I'm probably going to let him have free roam of the house and lock up the cats in my bathroom or bedroom for a little while and keep my dog out of the way (she usually lays on the couch anyway) and then crate him, let the cats out, let them get used to his presence and then decide what to do from there.

It's going to be kind of hard to judge things from just a weekend with him, but I guess I'll probably know by Sunday if he's going to be a fit or not.
