underbites can be common in this breed, and 39lbs aint small. infact thats the typical size for an APBT. they arent big giant bully dogs like youve probably seen.
Excuse my ignorance but what is an undetbite?

And to the previous comments, proper ins documents are in our hands for the shelter already!
