We actually contacted the above breeder, but she is looking for homes that trial in herding or that need working ranch dogs. Obviously, we are neither. Though I completely understand why she wants those things.

We have contacted other breeders. There is only one other kennel that I can find online that I like. They may have a breeding coming up, so I keep checking the site (that's what they said to do). http://www.wayoutacd.com/puppies.html

There is also a herding trial coming up in NJ at the end of December that I may try to attend. I will also be going to a flyball tourney in early December and will ask around then as I have been told a friend of a friend may know someone. In the mean time, I will keep checking petfinder.
