The constantly repositioning could be if her tummy hurts or if she's feeling nauseated. Did she pee/poop while outside?

If it will make you feel better, call.. But she might have just eaten some grass and now she's back to moving around?
I'm not sure if she peed or pooped, but she never had any issues with going in the house. I'm sure she did, that's why she goes to the door 99% of the time.

I mean at what point do I *NEED* to call the vet?

She's thrown up 5 times in the past hour or so, but just small amounts of yellow slightly bubbly mucous.

She is up and moving a LITTLE more, but certainly not her normal self. But she is walking around a little. She also just went to her bowl that I put back in its normal spot and got another drink.
