Have you tried calling your vet again? Honestly I would keep trying because if she's not peeing, that's not good. Vomiting and not peeing/pooping with lethargy CAN be a sign of a blockage which is definitely a bad thing. Can you get yourself to the vet? I don't want to scare you but honestly that's what running through my mind right now.
