Kojack is very excited when he goes outside to the yard. I know I should keep an eye on him (he's only 6 months) but when I come home I let him out and go back in and prepare my meal and eat real quick. When I finish I come back out to get him and i see that the next door neighbor (who has a pitbull male too) has dug up his side of the fence and now my dog can squeeze under it to his side. This has caused my dog to dig under two other sides of the fence both to the street. How do I stop his habit
