Glad you had a good time with your family and that the doggies won some people over.
As for your uncle, ask him to make a report. One of the regrets I have is not reporting a bite.
My daughter got bitten by her friends dog, a pug/JRT/beagle mix. I went over to speak to the mother and make sure the dog had shots. First she said it did, then she admitted it did not when I pressed her to get the paperwork for proof. Then she told me how this dog goes after all the kids who come to her house and has even gone after hers. I talked to her at length about her possibly getting sued, her kids getting hurt, how she would feel if another kid got bit worse than mine (mine had some raised teeth marks and a baseball sized bruised/swollen area, but no puncture) etc etc.
She assured me she was going to get shots and a crate and possible even rehome the dog to people without kids blah blah blah. She asked me not to report it because she just separated from her husband, was trying to support 4 kids on her own and she didn't want to break their hearts and so on. So I didn't.
I recently found out she has done nothing! NOTHING! The dog continues to go after her kids and visiting kids every chance it gets, which are a decent number of chances considering her kids are young and keep leaving the door open to go in and out when the dog is near.
It's too late to report it now, but I wish to God I had done it then. If a kid gets bit it would be partially my fault for not doing the right thing and letting AC handle it.
