Nothing worse than stepping in some other dog's poop while walking and cleaning up after yours. Absolutely hate that but think there must be some other way to address the problem without some profit minded franchisee just looking to fine someone.

We also have folks that do pick up after their dogs but, they then throw the bagged poop over the fence into the neighboring community. WTF?! That's almost worse than not picking up at all. Last month I tossed at least 30 bags of poop BACK over the fence onto their entrance road where it belongs and they can drive over it while coming and going home. That ought to be a wake up call.
