And how can I help her get ready?


I just found out that my job wants me to go to India for 10mos to help with a new call center and a possible new client. Right away I agreed to go, but after getting home a realized i hadnt thought some things through.

Now my brother will be watching my dogs. They both grew up around him so Tweek for sure will be fine and she's been used to me leaving for business.

But Sai is the one I'm worried about. The first time I left for business (3days) with her, she developed an eating disorder to where she would only eat when i was home and in bed. Because of that, sometimes she would go so long with out eating waiting for me to come home she would make her self sick and barf.

She's finally over that, especially now that brother has moved in. But Sai is very very attached to me. My brother told me that when ever I do leave for several days all she does is poop, eat (barely), and sleep in my bed.

So I dont know how she will handle me leaving for 10mos.
I also wondered if there was some ideas you guys had that could help me help her cope with me being gone so long.


Now the India trip is not finalized so I dont know if I really have to go, but if I do go I will only have a very short amount of time to get ready.
