Well, then, I guess your brother will be the one to care for her especially if she likes him. Sometimes, the dog picks you wether you like it or not,lol. From what you describe I bet they'll do fine together while you're away.

I didn't think your brother didn't like her, but people are with dogs the same as they are with people. Sometimes its true friendship and sometimes its "meh". As much as we like to think we aren't partial we do seem to have our favorites. I love my brothers dogs and would care for both Sid and trinity if needed, but we all know that as much as I like Sid Trinity and I have a bond and she's my favorite.
