I'm apart of the Essar Communications Group with Aegis

People love it when they call us cause they get people in the states. whats funny is that this is a military town and we often hire military wives who are from other countries and may have accents lol so sometimes the callers will yell that they want someone in the states and they'll be like "but we are in arizona" lmfao

anywho, the company is based out of india and has call centers and other businesses through out the world.

they like to send americans to train the indians because they get used to hearing and trying to mimic our accents.
