True. the quarantine process is 4 months, they get a physical, then they wait for 4 months, then they get another physical and if they pass they are OK to come to the islands. I guess it takes so long because they could possibly have rabies incubating in their system is all i can think off, and by the time 4 months go by it will show? thats all i can think of.
